All estimates provided via phone, email, or the Affordable Lock & Key website are approximations based on the information available at the time and are subject to change. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions found at the job site, including but not limited to lock type, brand, condition, accessibility, and any additional work required. By requesting service, I acknowledge that the final price may differ from the initial estimate.
Affordable Lock & Key will exercise reasonable care and professionalism during all service work. However, Affordable Lock & Key shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage to locks, doors, frames, or hardware, nor for conditions that may become apparent only during the course of service. The customer is responsible for disclosing known issues with the property or hardware prior to the start of work.
Any hardware or products installed by Affordable Lock & Key are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. Affordable Lock & Key does not provide additional warranties on third-party products beyond workmanship guarantees on installation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. A service call fee may apply for cancellations made after the technician has been dispatched to the property.
This disclaimer and any disputes arising from services provided by Affordable Lock & Key shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
